Inflow Communication Acquires VoIP Provider Ketchum Integration

Inflow Communications has completed the acquisition of San Francisco VoIP phone system provider, Ketchum Integration. The company has made this acquisition to achieve reputable place in VoIP business phone market in the San Francisco area.

“Our new partnership with Ketchum is very exciting for us,” said Travis Dillard, president, Inflow Communications, in a statement. “With this expansion, we have improved our ability to service customers in and around San Francisco and ensure they receive the same level of support our customers in Portland and Seattle enjoy.”

Business VoIP systems provide advanced communication technologies to consumers and businesses. VoIP phone systems enable them to make calls and contact lists to move seamlessly from home or desktop phones to mobile phones and back again.

Inflow’s expanded service offering builds on the core competencies of both companies. Ketchum Integration provides single and multisite VoIP installation.

Inflow Communications has been a provider of strategic consultative services and installation of ShoreTel (News - Alert) business VoIP phone systems and HD video conferencing with unified communications integration since 1997.

In other company news, TMCnet reported that Inflow Communications received the 2012 ShoreTel Outstanding Customer Achievement Award, recognizing Inflow for excellence in customer service and support. This is the third year Inflow Communications has received this award, and results from an independently administered survey of current Inflow customers over the course of 2012.

Inflow’s unique combination of consultation and post-installation service has set the company apart from competitors in the business VoIP system and video conferencing market.
