Snap Recordings Puts Some Punch in Voice Recordings

One of the worst things for a customer to hear from any business is the recorded message. The recorded message, to some customers, is like the verbal equivalent of a big “No trespassing” sign, making it reasonably clear that no business is going to get done this way. Snap Recordings wants to make using the recorded message an easier and likeable experience.
Snap Recordings is an all-in-one service meant to perk up the recorded message by using professional voice talents across a variety of different genders and languages, ensuring that the person recording the message sounds most like the person who should be answering the phone. It even offers bilingual voice talent for those who want a multilanguage approach to their recorded messages, and a substantial library of background music available for those who want a little more musical hold.
How it works is surprisingly simple and effective. Basically, those interested will select their vocal stylist of choice from a library of more than 80 different voices. Then, just write up the script for what needs to be said on the message and send it in to Snap Recordings via a Web-based interface . They will then record the message, complete with all the voice prompts, announcements and anything else that may be desired, and from the same account used to upload a script, the end result can be downloaded for use with a virtual telephone system or similar setup. The time to get a recording done is roughly five to seven business days, though rush service is available for extra costs, cutting that time down to two to three days.

Several companies have previously worked with Snap Recordings on improving their voice messaging systems, including RingCentral (News - Alert ) and ShoreTel Sky. ShoreTel Sky actually used Snap Recordings as part of its rebranding efforts. Though ShoreTel Sky was on something of a limited budget at the time, it found plenty of value in Snap Recordings' offering, with its multiple voice talents and huge variety of background audio tracks. Since packages started at just $50, it was a safe bet that its budget qualified.
A recorded message may represent the first contact some people have with a company, and making sure that it sounds as solid and professional as possible is, as a result, a smart idea. While not every business has a golden throat in their employees, getting access to top-notch voices is a lot easier than it used to be, thanks to Snap Recordings.
