snom Wins 2012 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award

In some exciting news, TMC (News - Alert) recently awarded multiple honorees with the 2012 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award, one such company being snom technology AG, who was awarded for its 7xx series of IP phones.

snom technology AG (News - Alert) develops and manufacturers VoIP telephones based on open standards for enterprise communications, developing and producing business VoIP systems for communication based on the open standard SIP.

The award winning snom 7xx series phones comes in three models: the snom 760 desktop phone, designed for the corner office; the snom 720 IP phone for the middle manager or information-driven knowledge worker; and the snom 710, an entry-level phone for standard workforce.

According to the company, these phones are easily affordable, full-featured IP phones boasting a sleek, ergonomic design, offering support for high definition wideband voice, programmable function keys and an intuitive user interface with integrated Lync features.

Additionally, six of snom’s unified communications edition IP phones have received qualification for Microsoft Lync, which will provide businesses with the largest and most complete portfolio of full-featured, standards-based IP desktop phones fully compatible and interoperable with Microsoft Lync Server 2010.
