Businesses that receive the Cisco (News - Alert) Collaboration Architecture Specialization find it provides them with many benefits. Some of these benefits demonstrate the company’s increased tech competency. Others relate to more sales, or technical and service capabilities for integrated networking solutions.
So it is rewarding news that INVOIP recently received the Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization from Cisco.
“The Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization is designed to help Cisco channel partners meet a wide range of customer needs,” Richard McLeod, senior director of collaboration architecture for the worldwide partner group at Cisco, said in a recent statement.
INVOIP explains the specialization will let it support growth of hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and hosted phone systems for smaller business.
To get the specialization, INVOIP needed to meet demanding training and certification requirements. It can now design, deploy or sell Cisco Collaboration Architecture solutions.
Cisco Collaboration Architecture provides modular elements which work together. It provides collaboration experiences in businesses.
Cisco explains that it also lets businesses and other organizations come up with an “investment plan that helps to ensure interoperability with … existing and future assets.”
"This is another milestone in the evolution of our service delivery and commitment in providing the best communication and collaboration solutions possible to our customers,” Ben Rife, INVOIP CEO, said in a recent statement. “We are proud to partner with Cisco."
In addition, McLeod said, “Achieving the Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization provides INVOIP with access to comprehensive sales and technical training as well as support from Cisco.”
Also, Cisco’s Resale Channel Program lets partners build design, sales and technical talent. It then provides a third-party audit to check on the skills.
INVOIP, which targets small- and medium-sized organizations in North America, focuses on hosted Cisco Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC) solutions.
